HOW THE GHOST DETECTOR WORKS
Scan, talk, capture, log the evidence.
1. Scan the room with AR
Open the iPhone camera view and sweep slowly. The spectral scanner reacts to distance, direction, and sensor activity, turning your room into a ghost hunting play space.
2. Follow EMF and activity spikes
The EMF reader uses the iPhone magnetometer for magnetic field readings, while pressure and movement data add atmosphere. Spikes can sharpen the signal, trigger static, and guide the hunt.
3. Reveal a playful apparition
When the signal locks, a ghost appears in AR. The SLS camera inspiration is visual and game-like: you aim, track, and watch the entity flicker into view instead of staring at a static meter.
4. Use the spirit box chat
Ask who the ghost is, why it haunts the room, or whether it has a hint. On supported devices Apple Intelligence can answer in character; the scripted path keeps replies fast and playful.

Does Ghost Detector include a spirit box?
Yes. The app includes a spirit box style chat system. You can ask revealed ghosts about their identity, haunting, mood, or clues, and replies are spoken aloud when ghost voice is enabled.
What is the SLS camera feature?
Ghost Detector uses SLS camera language for AR ghost hunting visuals: a viewfinder, activity signals, and apparitions that flicker into the camera view. It is inspired by paranormal camera tools but tuned for game feel.
Does it work without Apple Intelligence?
